Our name is a bit long, Dehras Farm Dveloper Bio-Energy Farmer Producer Company Limited. We are located in Gonda, specifically at Ragar Ganj in the Dehras area. It’s house number one, and we share the space with Hrish Chand. Working out of a house makes things feel a bit more personal. We don't have a corporate office with a receptionist. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available. Gonda is a place where people work hard, and we try to do the same. Bio-energy is something we are trying to figure out alongside the regular farming stuff. It’s a lot of learning as we go. Sometimes the paperwork gets confusing because of the long name, but we manage. The Baij Nath area is where we spend most of our time. It’s a local operation through and through. We deal with the local farmers and try to make sense of the new ways of doing things. It’s not always smooth. There are days when the internet is slow or the electricity cuts out, but that’s just Gonda for you. We just want to get the work done without too much fuss. We aren't here to impress anyone with big offices. We just want to make sure the farm development happens like it’s supposed to. It’s a lot of daily grind, but we are used to it by now. We just keep our heads down and work until the sun sets.
