Skps Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are a group of local farmers based in Aligarh. Our small setup, Skps Farmer Producer Company Limited, is actually run out of Premveer Singh’s house in Barotha. It is not a big office with glass windows or anything like that. It is just a place where we sit down to talk about our crops and how to sell them. Most of us spend our entire day out in the sun, so coming here to deal with the paperwork is a bit different for us. We started this because we realized that working together is better than trying to handle everything alone. Aligarh can be a tough place to farm when the weather isn't right, but we manage. We grow the usual things you find in this part of Uttar Pradesh. There are no fancy titles here. We just know each other as neighbors. Sometimes we drink tea and argue about the best time to plant, but in the end, we all want the same thing. We just want to make enough to keep our families going. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy letters for us. It is just us, trying to figure out the market and make sure our produce doesn't sit around for too long. It is a lot of work and sometimes we make mistakes, but that is how you learn. We are just local people doing what we know best and trying to get by every day.
