Our small office is over at Parmeashwar Datt’s place in Gonda. It’s number 1 on Ragar Ganggonda. It’s a pretty simple setup where we handle the agri business for the local folks. We spend most of our days dealing with seeds and equipment. There are a lot of farmers in this part of the state who need a hand with the business side of things. Parmeashwar is usually there to greet anyone who walks in. We don't have any big rules or formal dress codes here. People just come in their work clothes and we sit down to talk about the season. Sometimes the rains are late and everyone gets a bit worried, so we talk through what to do. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just trying to help our neighbors get a better price for their crops. The roads around here can be tough after a storm, so getting things moved around takes some patience. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep the books straight. It's a lot of local coordination and making sure the supplies arrive when they are supposed to. We've been doing this for a while now and most people in the area know where to find us if they have an issue. It’s just regular work for regular people.
