Awadhjaivik Farmer Producer Companylimited

We've been working out of Tarabganj for a while now, specifically over at Jay Prakash Tiwari's place in Pure Guthouliniyawa. It's just a group of us here at Awadhjaivik Farmer Producer Companylimited trying to get things done. Mostly we're focused on the day-to-day stuff that comes with farming around Ram Adhin Amdahi. It isn't always easy, but we manage. People stop by the office when they need something or just to talk about the crops. The weather has its moments, but that's just how it goes in this part of the country. We don't have a big fancy setup or anything. It's just a regular office where we handle the paperwork and meet with the other farmers from the area. Sometimes the roads get a bit rough after it rains, but we're used to that. If you are looking for us, we are right there in the village. We try to keep things simple because that's what works best for everyone involved. There’s usually someone around to answer questions if you drop by during the day. We spend a lot of time out in the fields too, not just sitting behind a desk. It's a lot of work keeping everything moving, but we've got a good rhythm going lately. Nothing too complicated, just people working together. It feels like the seasons go by faster every year. We've seen a lot of changes in the soil lately and we just keep pushing forward.
