Daruk Seeds (Opc) Private Limited is our small operation located in Gonda. Specifically, we are at 176, Kaleniya Malhipur. Being an OPC means it is a one-person company, so things are pretty straightforward here. I handle most of the stuff myself, from looking at the seeds to managing the books. Gonda is a place where farming is everything, so setting up in Kaleniya Malhipur made the most sense. The address 176 is where I spend most of my time during the week. It is a simple place with a desk and some storage for our records. I do not see the point in having a fancy office when the real work is out in the fields or at the market. People in the village know me and know what I am trying to do with these seeds. It is a quiet life for the most part, except during the sowing season when everyone is busy. I don't use any big marketing words because the quality of the seeds should speak for themselves. If they grow well, people come back. If they don't, no amount of fancy talking will help. That is the reality of business in Uttar Pradesh. I just keep my head down and try to provide what the local farmers are looking for. It is a small business, but it is mine, and I am proud of it.
