Yakshvinayaak Farmer Producer Company Limited

We operate out of Indrapur Chhiri Manihari in Ghazipur. The company is set up at Tejbahadur Singh’s place. We are a bunch of farmers who decided to pool our resources together. Ghazipur is a place where people work hard. We grow what the soil allows. It is mostly about coordination and making sure we do not get stuck doing everything alone. We do not have a receptionist or a lobby. Usually, you will find us in the fields or near the house talking about the price of grain. It is a very local thing. We know the land because we have lived on it our whole lives. There is a lot of planning involved in farming that people outside do not see. We deal with the seeds and the soil every single day. The company is just a name on paper to help us trade better and manage our logistics. We are practical people. We don't use big words or have complicated goals. Just keeping the farm running and making sure the harvest gets where it needs to go. Sometimes it is stressful, but we manage. It is a tight community here and we look out for each other. That is the real reason we started this in the first place. Not much more to it than that. We just keep our heads down and work the ground.
