We are based out of Ghazipur, specifically in the Rasulapur area at Abhay Kumar Yadav’s place in Deokatiya. Most of us here are just local folks trying to keep the farming business moving along. Shivanchal Farmer Producer Company Limited started because we needed a way to organize things better between the different fields around Velava. It gets busy during harvest season. There is always a lot of paperwork or sorting to do. We spend a lot of time out in the dirt and then come back here to handle the logistics. It isn't a fancy setup. The office is basically just a room in the house where we keep the ledgers and talk about the crops. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, but that is just part of living in Uttar Pradesh. People around here know where to find us if they have questions about the seeds or the latest harvest updates. We don't have a big team of experts, just a bunch of neighbors working together. It’s mostly about making sure everyone gets their fair share and the produce reaches the market without too many problems. Sometimes we sit around for hours just figuring out the transport. It is simple work but it keeps us on our toes every single day. We are just trying to make it work for the families in this village and keep the farm traditions going without making things too complicated for ourselves.
