Our place is in the Bulandshahr Road Industrial Area in Ghaziabad. We have two units, S-1 and S-15, so we are often running back and forth between them. It’s a proper industrial zone, which means there is a lot of noise from machines and trucks moving all day long. We work with electrical and electronic components at Aks Electricals. The floors are concrete and there is usually a bit of grease or dust around, which is expected in this kind of work. We aren't sitting in a fancy air-conditioned office; we are mostly out where the stuff is being handled or stored. Our team is a mix of people who have been with us for years and know exactly how the electrical parts should be packed and shipped. The traffic on Bulandshahr Road can be a nightmare, especially in the evenings when the shifts change. We don't spend much on decorations because we need the space for inventory and tools. It’s a practical setup for a practical business. We deal with a lot of local contractors and factories who need parts in a hurry. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when a big shipment arrives, but we sort it out eventually. It is hard work, but we like the pace of the industrial area and the fact that we are actually building or moving real things.
