Binday Chicken

Our shop is located at number 5 in the Kshitij complex. If you live around Vaishali Sector 4 in Ghaziabad, you probably know the main market area. It gets quite crowded in the evenings when everyone is out doing their shopping. We are not too far from Sarvodaya Hospital, which is a big landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. It’s a small space, but we make it work. Most days start with getting the stock in and making sure everything is fresh for the customers. We don't do anything flashy. It’s a straightforward chicken shop where people come to get what they need for dinner. Sometimes the line gets long on weekends, and we have to move fast to keep up. The complex has a lot of other stores, so there is always something going on outside our door. It’s a bit noisy, and the parking can be a headache, but that’s just part of being in a busy market. We’ve been here long enough that we know many of the regulars by name. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. We just focus on the meat and making sure the shop is ready every morning. It is hard work, especially when it gets busy, but we like being part of the local community here in Ghaziabad. Nothing fancy, just a local shop doing its thing day after day, trying to stay organized and keep the counters wiped down.
