If you are around the Panchsheel Park area in Sahibabad, you can find our shop at 76-A. We are situated right on GT Road, which means there is always something going on outside our windows. Being near the M4u building makes it easier for people to give directions when they are coming to see us for the first time. We spend most of our mornings getting everything ready for the day ahead. It’s a lot of work, and some days are definitely longer than others, especially when the oven is running non-stop. We aren't a big corporate chain or anything like that, just a local spot where we handle things ourselves. The neighborhood in Ghaziabad has changed over the years, but we’ve stayed right here in the same spot. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us making sure the shelves are stocked. Most of our neighbors stop in while they are out doing their shopping or on their way home from the station. It gets quite warm in the back during the summer, but we are used to it by now. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure the shop is open on time. There isn't much more to it than that. We just like being part of the local street and keeping things moving along as best as we can. It is a simple life but it keeps us busy.
