Al - Abib Nahari House

Al - Abib Nahari House is located right at Kalia Chowk in Ghaziabad. We are very close to the old LAL Ten Factory which everyone in this area knows as a landmark. The chowk is a very busy place with a lot of trucks and bikes moving through all day and night. We start our work pretty early because the cooking takes a lot of time and you can’t really rush it if you want it to be right. The air around here is usually full of the smell of spices and the sound of the traffic outside. It’s a local spot where people come when they are hungry and want something that fills them up without any fuss. The walls have seen a lot of years and we don’t try to hide that with fancy paint or anything like that. It’s just a plain room with tables where people sit down and eat. Sometimes the factory workers come in after their shifts and other times it’s people just passing through Ghaziabad on their way somewhere else. We just keep our heads down and keep the pots simmering. It gets pretty hot near the stove but that’s part of the job. We have been at this 201001 address for a long time and we know the rhythms of the neighborhood pretty well by now.
