Biryani Mashoor Halim

If you’re walking down Jassi Pura Road in Ghaziabad, you’ll find us near the PAC Chowk. Our place is called Biryani Mashoor Halim, and we’ve been here serving the local crowd for some time now. This area is always full of activity, especially with all the workers and commuters passing through the chowk every single day. It’s a gritty, busy part of town, and our shop fits right in with the surroundings. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big marketing budget. We just have our name above the door and the smell of food coming from the kitchen. We specialize in halim and biryani, and we keep it very simple here. The kitchen is the heart of the place, and it’s usually quite hot and crowded back there when we are working. We spend our mornings getting the halim slow-cooked so it’s ready when people start showing up for their lunch. It’s a long process, but it’s what we do. The seating area is basic, just enough for people to sit down and eat before heading back to their jobs. We see a lot of the same faces every day. People around here don’t want anything complicated; they just want a decent meal at a fair price. We try to keep things moving fast because nobody has much time to waste during their short lunch break.
