We’ve been here on Hapur Road in Ghaziabad for a while now. Most people know us in the Inder Look Colony area. It’s just a simple kitchen where we cook what we know. My brother and I started this because we liked the food from back home. It gets really busy around lunch, mostly with people working nearby or families who don't want to cook. We don't have fancy chairs or anything, just plain tables. The stove is always going. Sometimes the wait is a bit long if the orders pile up, but we try our best to move fast. It’s noisy and smells like spices all day. We buy our vegetables every morning from the local market. It’s nothing special, just a regular place to eat. Ghaziabad is a crowded spot, and we are just one part of it. If you’re walking down Hapur Road, you’ll see our sign. We keep things basic. The menu hasn't changed much in years because people like what they usually get. We don't use much oil, just enough to make it taste right. It's a small place, maybe ten tables total. We see the same faces every week, which is nice. It feels like a neighborhood spot. We just keep the lights on and the food hot for whoever walks in. It’s not fancy, but it works.
