Al Aliya Restaurant

We have been running Al Aliya Restaurant in Nand Gram, Ghaziabad for a while now. We are located right near the Nand Gram More which is a big junction where everything seems to happen in this neighborhood. It’s a straightforward place where we just focus on cooking food and serving the people who live around here. Ghaziabad is a fast-growing city but this little corner feels like home to us. We open the doors early in the morning and start the prep work which usually takes a few hours before the first customers arrive. The tables are basic and the menu doesn't change much because people know what they like and they keep coming back for it. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or big advertisements because word of mouth works better for a place like ours. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets flooded when it rains but we just deal with it and keep going. It’s not always easy but it’s what we do. The staff is mostly just local guys who know the area well. We like being a spot where someone can just sit down for twenty minutes and have a meal without any trouble. It’s just a normal restaurant on a normal street in 201010.
