Aashiana Restaurent

It's just us over here at Aashiana Restaurent in Rampuri market. If you know the Surya Nagar area, you probably know where A-54 is. We spend most of our mornings getting things ready before the lunch crowd starts showing up from around the neighborhood. It gets busy sometimes, especially when people are out doing their shopping and need a place to sit for a bit. We don't have anything fancy going on, just tables and chairs and the usual food people like to eat when they are away from home. Being in a market like this means we see a lot of the same faces every day, which is nice because you get to know what people like without them having to say much. The address is 201011 Surya Nagar, right in the thick of things. Sometimes the noise from the market comes inside, but that is just how it is around here. We try to keep things clean and make sure nobody leaves hungry. It is a family thing, mostly. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure the kitchen keeps running and the floors stay swept. People stop by for a quick bite or sometimes stay longer to chat. There is no rush, really. We just do our work and go home when the day is done. It has been this way for a while now and we are used to the rhythm of the street outside our door.
