Weldon Seeds Private Limited is located over here in Sriganganagar, specifically at Chakk-2E. We are right by the Choti Pass Sugar Mill, so you can imagine the area is always busy with tractors and trucks moving around. Being next to a sugar mill means there is always something going on, and the air usually smells like harvest. We focused our work on seeds because that is what the farmers around here are always asking about. It’s a straightforward business. We have a small team that looks after the seed stocks and makes sure they get to the right people at the right time. Our office isn't anything special, just a place to keep the records straight and meet with folks coming in from the nearby fields. Sriganganagar can get really hot, so we usually start our day early before the sun gets too high. We aren't trying to be some giant global company. We just want to provide decent seeds to the local people who need them for their land. We’ve been at this for a bit now and people know where to find us at Chakk-2E. It's practical work. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when the planting season starts, but we manage to get through it. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day-to-day tasks.
