Padampur Farmer Producer Company Limited

We run the Padampur Farmer Producer Company Limited from a spot in B Block, specifically in Ward Number 14. We are using the space at the home of Rameshwari Devi and Madan Lal. It is a regular residential neighborhood, so it does not feel like a big corporate office at all. Most days you will find us sitting around a table going over the harvest numbers or talking to a neighbor about their crop problems. Padampur is the kind of place where everyone knows what is going on with the weather and the land. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby. People just walk in through the gate and find us. It is a very direct way of doing business. We handle a lot of the small details that farmers usually don't have time for, like the paperwork and the coordination for selling. It is not glamorous work, and some days it is just a lot of writing in notebooks and making phone calls. We have been doing this for a while now, and it has become a routine part of the life here in Ward 14. We don't have a website or a social media page, because word of mouth works just fine around here. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized as best as we can in our own simple way.
