Kainthaagro Farmer Producer Company Limited is based in Jugayana, specifically at Vard No 9. You can find us at Arvind Kumar’s place, which is where we handle the day-to-day things for our group. We are just local farmers from the 210431 area who thought it made sense to work together. Agriculture is pretty much all we know, and it's not always an easy life. We grow a variety of crops depending on what the land and the weather decide for us. We don't have a big office with air conditioning or anything like that. Most of our work is done outside in the dirt. We use our meetings at Vard No 9 to figure out how to buy our supplies in bulk and where we can sell our produce for a decent price. It’s a very practical setup. We don’t have time for fancy language or making ourselves sound bigger than we are. We are just a small group of people trying to look out for each other. Sometimes we have to deal with a lot of paperwork that none of us really likes, but it’s part of the job. We share tools and advice, and we try to help out when someone is having a bad year. It’s not a complicated business. It’s just about farming and making sure we can keep our way of life going for another generation. We take it one day at a time.
