Vanvaibhav Farmer Producer Company Limited is situated right on Paloraroad, near the Armori Urban D/C area. Our office is actually at the home of Mukharu Govinda Waghade. In a small town like this, everyone knows everyone, so it made sense to set things up where people already pass by. We spend most of our time dealing with the reality of farming in this part of the country. It isn't just about planting seeds; there is so much more that goes into it, especially when it comes to the selling part. We started this group because we wanted to have a bit more say in what happens to our crops after they leave the field. At Waghade’s place, we sit down and look at the numbers and try to plan for the months ahead. Sometimes the weather doesn't play along, and other times the prices are just not right. Having this company helps us feel a bit more organized about the whole process. It is a very hands-on job and there is always something that needs fixing or a form that needs filling out. We don't have a staff of people in suits. It is just us, the people who know the land. We talk about the crops, the tools, and how to get everything to the market on time. It is basic, honest work that keeps us busy from morning until evening every single day of the year.
