We are located in G-7 at the Vardman Star Shop Mall, which is near Badkal Chowk in Sector 19. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty crowded with cars and people near the mall. We handle repairs for Dell, Lenovo, HP, and Acer laptops. Usually, the back of the shop is a bit of a mess with spare parts and tools scattered around the workbenches. We spend most of our hours looking at motherboards and trying to fix broken hinges or software issues. It is a practical kind of job. People bring in their computers when they are having trouble, like when a screen goes dark or the system slows down too much. We don't have fancy decorations or anything. There is a small desk where we take down the details and a couple of chairs for people to wait. Sometimes we have to order parts from outside, which takes a few days. The air conditioning in the mall is usually okay, but it gets a bit stuffy inside our unit when we have several machines running at once. We have been doing this for a while between Noida and Faridabad. It is just us working hard to get things running again. We take a break for lunch when things quiet down. It is a straightforward business and we stay busy with the local crowd from Sector 19.
