Anandvan Green

Anandvan Green is located on the Surajkund Badkal Road in Faridabad, right across from the NHPC Colony. It’s a fairly large area and we spend most of our time outdoors. I’ve been managing this place for a while now. It’s not a fancy corporate office. Usually, I’m wearing my old boots and walking around the property to make sure the grounds are being looked after. We have a lot of trees and grass that need constant attention, especially during the summer months. My small crew and I do all the work ourselves. We don’t have a big advertising budget or anything like that. Most people find us because they live in the NHPC Colony or they drive by on the way to Surajkund. It’s a lot of manual labor, like mowing and fixing fences, but it’s what we know. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just try to keep the place looking nice and green. Some days the dust from the road is a bit much, but we just keep working through it. The 121001 area has gotten a lot busier over the years, but we just stay focused on our bit of land. It’s a straightforward life, and we are just here doing the work every day.
