Balaji Sweets Restaurant Caterers

We are located right in the middle of the Main Market in Sector 28, Faridabad. Our shops are numbers 51 and 52, so we have a bit more room than some of the smaller stalls around us. It is a busy market area, so there is always a lot of shouting and movement outside our doors. We do a mix of things here, from running the daily restaurant to handling catering orders for local events. The catering part keeps us on our toes, especially during wedding season. Inside the shop, we have the sweet counters and then the seating area for diners. It’s a bit of a squeeze when it’s lunch time and everyone comes in at once. We don't have a professional decorator, so the walls just have some simple paint and maybe a calendar or two. The staff has been with us for a while and they know how to handle the rush. We try to keep the floors clean even though people bring in mud from the market street. It is a very practical place. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook, sell sweets, and take orders for parties. It’s hard work every single day. Most of our customers are people who live right here in the sector. Sometimes we have to move tables around to fit big families.
