Al Burj Restaurant

Al Burj Restaurant is located at Shop no -223 in Sector 48 of Faridabad. We are right on the Main Badkhal Road, so there is plenty of traffic passing by all the time. Being opposite Sector 48 means we get a lot of local families coming in, especially on the weekends when nobody wants to cook. The shop itself is a standard size, and we have tried to make the seating comfortable enough for a quick meal. The kitchen is always a bit of a mess during the rush hour, with pots and pans everywhere and everyone shouting orders. We don't have any of those fancy menus with pictures; it’s just a list of what we can make that day. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients because the delivery truck got stuck in traffic on Badkhal Road. That is just how it goes sometimes. We spend our mornings cleaning up from the night before and getting the fresh meat and vegetables ready for the day. It is a lot of hard work and standing on your feet for hours. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a local eatery where you can get a decent meal without too much fuss. The neighborhood has grown a lot since we first opened, and there are more restaurants now, but we just keep doing what we do. It’s a bit noisy and the air is rarely still, but it’s our spot.
