AL Lazeez Chicken Plaza

We are at Shop Number 3 on Mathura Road in Old Faridabad, specifically near the Badkhal More. Being on a major road like Mathura Road means there is a constant stream of trucks and cars passing by all day and night. The shop is in a very busy commercial patch. We focus mostly on chicken dishes, and the kitchen is the heart of our operations. We start the day by checking the stock and getting the marinations ready. Everything is done right here in the back of the shop. The seating area is not very large, just some basic tables and chairs for people who want to eat here instead of taking it away. It gets quite dusty because of the road traffic, so we are constantly cleaning the front and the counters. We have a small team of workers who handle everything from the cooking to the cleaning. It is a lot of repetitive work, but we have gotten into a rhythm over the years. We do not use any fancy equipment, just the standard stoves and fryers that you would find in any local eatery. Sometimes the neighbors come in for a chat, and we know many of our customers by their names. It is a straightforward business where we show up, do our work, and try to keep things moving. There is no big secret to it, just staying consistent with what we do every day.
