Amritsari Kulcha King

We run Amritsari Kulcha King in Faridabad. The shop is number 2, right on the main road at Anangpur Chowk in Sector 21c. The pin code here is 121009. We are directly opposite the Omex forest apartment in Sector 21c. Being on the main road means there is a lot of dust and noise from the cars, but it’s a good spot for people to see us. It’s not a fancy place at all. It’s just a regular shop where we do our work every day. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just a few of us working the tandoor and serving the customers. The Anangpur Chowk area is always moving. We get a lot of people from the apartments across the street. We don't do any promotional stuff or big ads. Most of our customers are just people living nearby or driving past. It’s a lot of physical work, especially when the weather is hot. We don’t have any grand mission. We just focus on getting things done one day at a time. The shop is small, so we have to keep everything organized. Sometimes it gets a bit messy when it’s busy, but we clean up as we go. It’s a real, local business and we are proud to be part of the Sector 21c community. It’s a lot of long hours but we like seeing the familiar faces every week.
