Annapurna Pure Veg

We started Annapurna Pure Veg near Police Post Number 3 in NIT Faridabad. It’s a busy area and we've been serving food here for some time now. We only do vegetarian food, mostly the kind of stuff you'd eat at home but don't want to cook yourself. The address is 3C 185, and it's pretty easy to spot once you get to the NIT circle. It’s not a big restaurant with waiters in uniforms. It's more of a place where you just walk in and eat. We get a lot of people from the nearby offices and the market during lunch hours. Sometimes we run out of certain items by the evening because we cook in small batches. The kitchen is right there, and you can hear the pans clanking and the stove going all day. We use what we can get fresh from the market nearby. It gets a bit hot inside during the summer, but we have some fans going. We don’t have a fancy menu printed on thick paper, just a list of what we’ve made for the day. It’s noisy and crowded sometimes, especially on weekends. We try our best to keep up with the orders. It’s a family-run thing, so everyone chips in when it gets busy. We’ve seen kids grow up eating here. It’s just a regular neighborhood spot for a meal that doesn’t cost too much. We focus on the cooking and hope people leave with a full stomach. That is enough for us.
