Jyotipunj Solar & Electronics Private Limited

We operate out of No. 2558 A in the H. B. Colony of Ballabgarh Sector 3. It’s a residential-style area so it feels more like a neighborhood than a cold business district. We have been focusing a lot on solar energy lately because so many people in Ballabgarh are looking for ways to handle the power cuts and the high electricity bills. Our office is on the ground floor and we have a lot of solar panels leaning against the walls and batteries stacked up in the corner. It’s a bit tight for space but we make it work. We have a small team of guys who go out to install the systems and they are always coming in and out with tools and ladders. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We usually have a pot of tea going and we spend time explaining how the inverters work to anyone who walks in. Sector 3 is a busy part of Ballabgarh and there are always kids playing in the street or neighbors chatting nearby. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We have a lot of paperwork on the desks and sometimes the phone won't stop ringing. We just take it one day at a time and try to help people get their power systems set up correctly. It’s honest work and we enjoy being part of the local community here in the colony.
