Ssvn Matriculation Higher Secondary School

We are located on Chennimalai Road in the Rangampalayam area of Erode. It’s a fairly busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside the school gates. Being a matriculation and higher secondary school means we have everyone from small children to teenagers who are about to head off to college. The mornings are always a bit of a rush with parents on scooters and buses trying to get everyone in on time. We’ve got a mix of older and newer buildings on the campus. It’s a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it. The teachers are usually busy moving between classes with stacks of notebooks. It’s a standard school environment where the bells ring every hour and the canteen gets packed at lunchtime. We don’t go for any of that corporate style; it’s just a busy, working school. The kids are local, and many of their older siblings came here too. You can hear the sounds of lessons and chanting from the primary section while the older students are quiet in their labs. The road outside can be noisy with traffic heading towards Chennimalai, but we’re used to it by now. It’s just the way things are in this part of Erode. We keep the gates shut during the day and just focus on getting through the syllabus without much drama. It’s a full house most days.
