Vijay Vikas Cbse & Matriculation School sits right on the Salem Coimbatore Highway at Vijayamangalam. It is a very busy stretch of NH-47 in the Perundurai area of Erode. Because we are on the highway, we see a lot of trucks and cars passing by all the time. The school is a big presence in this part of the district. We have both the CBSE and the Matriculation systems running here, so there are two different sets of books and rules to manage. It keeps the office staff very busy throughout the year. The campus is spread out and we have buses that go all over Erode to pick up the students. In the mornings, the driveway is full of yellow buses. The teachers come from different towns nearby. It is a lot of management to keep everything moving. We have some play areas for the kids and the classrooms are standard size with plenty of windows. Sometimes the noise from the highway is a bit much, but we have gotten used to it. Lunchtime is when the whole place feels the most alive. We do not try to be anything we are not. It is just a place for education where we follow the syllabus and hold the exams on time. The building is painted in colors that stand out so people can find us easily from the main road.
