Nandha Central School

Koorapalayam Pirivu is where you can find us, right in the Perundurai area. It’s a spot that many people pass by on their way to other towns, but for us, it’s where we spend our whole day. Being a central school means we have a fair amount of ground to cover with our students. The campus has the usual stuff you’d expect—classrooms, some outdoor space, and an office where we keep all the records. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations. Most of our effort goes into making sure the teachers have what they need for their classes. Perundurai can get quite hot in the summer, so we appreciate the shade we have around the building. The school buses arrive early and that’s when the place really comes to life. Before that, it’s just the sound of the wind and maybe someone sweeping the floors. We aren't part of some massive chain with offices in every city. We are right here on the ground. When parents have a problem, they come and talk to us directly in the office. It’s a practical way of doing things. We have been part of this landscape for enough time that we are just a normal part of the day for the people living nearby. There’s no secret to what we do. We just provide a place for kids to go to school and learn their lessons as best as they can.
