Green Farms & Poultry

If you know the old bus stand in Perundurai, you are already close to where we are. Green Farms & Poultry is located at No. 761, and we also have space at No. 90 and No. 9 over in Vcv Nagar. It is a bit of a spread-out operation, which keeps us running back and forth between the buildings all day long. Being near the bus stand means there are always people moving around and plenty of noise, but it is a good spot for us. We handle a lot of poultry-related work, so there is always the sound of birds and the smell of feed in the air. It is hard work, starting very early in the morning before the buses even start running. We have to make sure everything is fed and looked after, and then there is the cleaning which never really ends. A few of us have been doing this for years now, so we have a rhythm to how things go. It is a family-run kind of thing, and even the kids help out when they are not in school. We don't have a website or anything like that, just our location and our reputation in Perundurai. Sometimes the birds are difficult or the weather is too hot, but we just get on with it because that is the job we have chosen.
