The Marine Product Export Development Authority

We are located at Mpeda House on Panampilly Avenue. It’s a well-known spot in this part of town. The building is called Mpeda House, and we’ve been here for a long time. It’s a bit of a landmark for people in the area. The Marine Product Export Development Authority isn’t exactly a small shop; it’s a place where a lot of different things happen at once. There are different departments and people working on various projects all day long. The office can get quite busy with people coming in and out, dropping off documents or asking questions. Panampilly Avenue is a nice enough place to be based. It’s got some greenery and isn’t as dusty as the industrial zones. We have our regular hours, and the routine doesn't change much from week to week. Inside the building, it feels like a typical workspace. There are desks piled with files and the usual office equipment humming in the background. We don’t really go in for anything flashy. It’s about getting the administrative work done and keeping things moving. Sometimes the weather gets pretty rainy here, which slows things down a bit, but we just keep going. It’s a steady kind of environment. People here know their jobs and they just get on with it without much fuss. That’s how we’ve always operated. The view from the windows is mostly just the street and other buildings, but it's home for us during the day.
