Liso Chocolatier

You can find us at Door No 460/L.N on the first floor of J Arcade. We are located in Kolenchery, right near the village office and just off NH 49 in Ernakulam. Being on the first floor means you have to head up the stairs, but it’s worth it if you’re looking for Liso Chocolatier. We spend most of our time here working with chocolate, as you might guess from the name. The air usually has that sweet, heavy scent that sticks to your clothes. It’s a small space, mostly taken up by the equipment we use and the tables where we get everything ready. We aren't a massive factory; it’s more of a local operation where we do things by hand. The J Arcade is a familiar landmark for people in Kolenchery, and being near the village office makes it easy for folks to find us when they are out running errands. The NH 49 traffic is always there in the background, a constant hum of cars and buses heading through Ernakulam. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us who know how to handle the ingredients and make sure the finished pieces look decent before they go out. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit chaotic when we have a big batch to finish, but we usually manage to keep things under control. It’s honest work, and we enjoy being part of the local scene here.
