Chilton Refrigeration Pvt. Ltd. is based at Chilton Towers. We are right on NH 47 in the Koonam Thai area, near Edapally. It’s a busy stretch of road, so we see a lot of traffic passing by every single day. The building is easy enough to spot if you’re driving toward Ernakulam. We’ve got a mix of office space and storage here. Most of us have been working in this building for years, so we’ve seen the neighborhood grow up around us. It used to be a lot quieter before the highway got so busy. Now, there’s always a hum of engines in the background. We don’t really bother with corporate stuff like big presentations. We just focus on the refrigeration side of things. There’s usually a lot of paperwork to deal with, and the phones ring more than we’d like, but that’s just part of the business. The rain in Kerala can really slow things down sometimes, especially when the road floods a bit, but we just keep going. We have a small break room where we sit and talk about football or whatever else is going on in town. It’s a practical place. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls. Just some calendars and maybe a few old photos. We know our regulars and they know us. That’s how we like to run things here at Chilton Towers.
