We are located down Aalakkadaparambu Lane in Mannam, which is part of North Paravur here in Ernakulam. Most days start pretty early because that is just how farm life goes in Kerala. We have been at this for a while now, working from the Ponnathara House area. It is not a fancy setup, just a group of us trying to keep things running properly. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially when the rains are heavy, but we manage. People often ask what we do exactly, and mostly it is just the day-to-day work of managing the land and the crops. There is always something to fix or a patch of ground that needs looking after. We are not a big corporate office with people in suits. You will usually find us in work clothes, probably a bit dusty from being outside. It is quiet around here for the most part, except for the usual noises you get in a rural spot. We handle the paperwork from the office in 5/230, but the real work happens in the dirt.
