Kochi Agri Producer Company Limited is based out of Kochuveettil House in South Mazhuvannoor. It’s more of a home-style office than a commercial building, which suits us just fine. We aren't based in the middle of a big city with skyscrapers; we’re out where the actual farming happens. Being in South Mazhuvannoor means we’re close to the people we’re actually working for. Most days, you’ll find a couple of us sitting around a table with a ledger or a laptop, trying to figure out the week's schedule. It can get a bit quiet out here, but we like the peace. We started this because we saw a need for a local company that understands the specific challenges of this area. We aren't polished professionals with suits and ties. We’re more likely to be wearing sandals and old shirts. We deal with the realities of agricultural production every day, which means getting our hands dirty and dealing with whatever the weather throws at us. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, but we just wait it out and get back to work when we can. It’s a small operation, but we put a lot of effort into it. We don't have any big marketing plans; we just rely on the people we know and the work we do. It’s a simple life, and we’re happy to be doing it here. It feels right to be working from a house like this.
