The office for Cml Biotech is out in Tower I of the Inkel Industrial Complex in Angamaly. It’s a bit of a drive for some of us, but once you get here, it’s a good spot for what we do. Being in an industrial complex means there are always trucks moving around and other businesses doing their thing nearby. We spend our days mostly focused on the lab side of things. It’s a lot of measuring and testing. We have to keep things pretty clean and organized, otherwise nothing works the way it should. It’s not like a regular office where people are just typing on computers all day. We’ve got equipment that needs constant attention. Sometimes things go exactly as planned, and other days we have to start over because a reading was off. That’s just how biotech goes. We take our work seriously because people rely on what we produce here in Angamaly. The building itself is sturdy and keeps the noise out so we can concentrate. We aren't big on fancy speeches or corporate events. We just show up, put on the gear, and get through the tasks for the day. Sometimes we stay late when a project needs finishing. It’s honest work, even if it’s technical. We’re just a group of people who know their way around a lab and want to get the results right.
