Merchem Ltd.

Merchem Ltd. is based at the Grove Centre, on Plot 44 in the Development Plot area of Kalamassery, Kochi. Since we are in an industrial development zone, the whole atmosphere is about production and logistics. There are plenty of other businesses around us. It’s a very active part of Kochi. Our space in the Grove Centre is where we handle all the administrative and technical parts of our work. It’s a functional environment with a lot of people moving around and phones ringing all day. We’ve been in Kalamassery for a long time and have seen the area grow and change. We don't really bother with any fancy office decor or modern art. We just need enough space for our team to sit and work through the orders as they come in. Most of our day is taken up with technical specifications and making sure the distribution is on track. It can be quite demanding work. However, we have a good group of people who have been with us for many years. We don't spend much time on promotional talk or big promises. We just focus on the details of the products we handle and making sure the logistics run as they should. It’s steady, industrial work in a busy part of town, and we just keep pushing forward day after day without complicated plans.
