Thanikunnel Farms Private Limited

We are over at Thanikunnel Towers in Mulanthuruthy, specifically at 16/48/E, Dental Square. It’s a bit of a recognizable spot if you are familiar with this part of town. Thanikunnel Farms Private Limited is our way of staying connected to the agricultural roots of the family while being based here in the building. We don't have a giant warehouse or a fancy lobby. It's more of a practical space where we coordinate what’s happening on the farm lands we manage. Most of the day is spent handling calls, dealing with suppliers, and making sure the workers have what they need. It can be a bit chaotic because things on a farm never go exactly according to plan. You think you have a schedule, and then a tractor breaks down or the rain doesn't show up. We just take it as it comes. The office at Dental Square is where we keep all the records and try to make sense of the numbers. It’s not a polished environment; there are usually stacks of papers and maps lying around. We’ve lived and worked in Mulanthuruthy for a long time, so people know us and we know them. It makes doing business a bit easier when you can just talk to someone face-to-face. We just keep moving forward, trying to grow things better each year without making a big deal about it.
