New Selections

We’ve been running New Selections for quite a while now. If you know the Church Junction area on Aluva Road in Angamally South, you’ve probably walked past us plenty of times. It’s a busy spot. Most mornings start with just getting the shutters up and making sure everything looks right on the shelves. We don't do anything fancy here, just regular business day in and day out. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud, especially with the buses heading down the main road, but you get used to it. People stop by when they’re headed to the church or just passing through to the station. We spend a lot of our time just talking to the regulars who come in. It’s not like those big corporate places where nobody knows your name. We handle the stock, check the orders, and try to keep things moving. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to clean up or organize the back room. The address No.Xx/147 is pretty easy to find once you’re in the neighborhood. We aren’t trying to change the world or anything, just doing our jobs and making sure people get what they need when they step inside. It can be a bit dusty with the road work nearby, but that’s just how it is around here. We like being part of the local scene in Angamally. It feels right being here on the ground.
