Nature Home Organic Cultivation Private Limited is located over at 49/2048 on BTS Road in Edappally. Being right there in the P O area of Kochi makes things interesting because it is a busy place, but we are focused on growing things the old way. We don't use the heavy chemicals that some other places might. It makes the work a lot harder, and sometimes the plants don't look as perfect as the ones you see in the big supermarkets, but they taste better and we feel better about it. Our office is just a simple spot where we handle the logistics of where the food goes next. We spend a lot of time talking to local growers and figuring out how to get more people interested in organic stuff without charging them an arm and a leg. It isn't always profitable, and there are months when we wonder if we should have just kept it as a hobby, but then a good harvest comes in and it feels right again. The traffic on BTS Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we try to get our deliveries out early in the morning. We are just a small team of people who care about the dirt and the seeds. There aren’t any corporate speeches here, just some folks with dirty fingernails trying to do something decent for the neighborhood and hoping the weather stays on our side for once.
