We’re located out in Pazhanganad, in the Ernakulam district. It’s a bit quieter out here than in the main city. We focus on milk products. We aren't a huge corporation with a glass building. Our place is more of a functional plant. We have some stainless steel tanks and cooling units that run all day and night. You can hear the hum of the compressors from the road. We get the milk brought in early, and then it’s a rush to process everything. Some days the machines act up, and we have to spend the afternoon with a wrench. It’s just part of the job. We don't have a big marketing department writing stories about us. We just make sure the milk stays cold and the products are handled right. The floors are always wet because we’re constantly washing things down. It’s important to keep it clean, even if it makes the work a bit slippery. We have a few guys from the local village who help us out. We don't do much on social media or anything. We just focus on the batches we have for the day. If you’re driving through Ernakulam, you might see our gate. It’s a simple spot. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just working with what we have. It’s a long day, but someone has to do it. We just keep our heads down and work.
