Metfawin Producer Company Limited

Up here in Thiruvalla, we’ve been running Metfawin for a while now. The office is over at Maliakalpalliakara, 34/263-3 if you need the exact spot. We’re a producer company, which basically means a group of us got together to handle our stuff better. It’s mostly farming related. Thiruvalla is a good place for this kind of thing, lots of history with land and crops. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a workspace where we figure out the seasons and the sales. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when harvest time comes around. Everyone is talking at once and the paperwork piles up. But we manage. We’ve lived around here our whole lives, so we know the people and the dirt. It’s not a corporate setup. We just sit around the table and make decisions based on what’s happening in the fields. Some days are slower than others, especially when the weather isn’t helping. We try to keep things straightforward. If you come by, you’ll probably see us just working through the daily tasks. It’s not glamorous work but it’s what we do. We like being part of the community in this way. It feels right to have a local group looking out for each other. That’s pretty much the story of our office in Thiruvalla. We just keep our heads down and get the work done as it comes. We aren't fancy, just local.
