J S Plantations Private Limited

We spend most of our time out here at 4/291 Mekkad. It is a quiet spot, and we have been working these grounds for a good while now. J S Plantations Private Limited is mostly just us doing the daily work that comes with running a plantation. Some days are busier than others, especially when the weather decides to change on us suddenly. It’s not fancy work, but it keeps us busy from early morning until the sun goes down. Most of what we do involves looking after the plants and making sure the soil is okay. We have a small crew and we all know each other well. The office is right there on the property, so there isn't much of a commute for anyone. You can usually find someone around if you drop by, though we are often out in the fields rather than sitting at a desk. It takes a lot of patience to see things grow, and some years are harder than others depending on the rain. We just try to keep things moving forward and handle whatever the season throws at us. There is always something to fix or a patch of land that needs extra attention. That is just how life is here. We don’t really do big meetings or anything like that. We just focus on the trees and the crops and making sure the day's work gets finished before it gets too dark to see anything.
