Down here in Edacochin at 22/1396, things move at a steady pace. We are Gold Farm Foods, and we’ve been in this neighborhood for a while. The building isn’t much to look at from the street, but it gets the job done for what we need. We spend most of our time dealing with food products, which means there is always cleaning and checking to do. It’s a hands-on kind of job. We don’t sit behind desks much. Usually, someone is moving crates or checking the temperature of something. Edacochin is a quiet enough place compared to the city center, which we like. Most of us here have worked together for years. We know each other's families and what’s going on in the neighborhood. It’s a small operation, really. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to make us look bigger than we are. Just a few rooms and some storage space. Sometimes things go wrong, like a machine breaking or a delivery being late, and we just fix it and move on. That is just how it goes in this business. We make sure the food is handled right because that is the main thing. We keep our paperwork in order and try to stay out of trouble. It’s decent work for decent people, and we are happy to be where we are. We just keep doing our thing every day without any big fuss.
