We are in the Namaskar Building at A2, right opposite the S.N. Junction in Palarivattom. Ernakulam is always busy and this junction is one of the most crowded parts. You can hear the buses honking all day long from our office windows. It is a small space with just a few desks and a lot of samples on the shelves. We do not have a big staff so we all end up doing a bit of everything. Sometimes we have to move all the chairs just to fit a new delivery inside. The walls could really use some new paint but we never seem to find the time to get it done. We make our own coffee in a small electric kettle in the corner. We do not have any fancy titles or a corporate structure. If something needs to be fixed we just do it ourselves. The office is a bit cluttered with old catalogs and newspapers but we know where everything is. People often drop by just to ask for directions because we are in such a well-known spot. We have a small balcony where we keep the cleaning stuff and an old mop. It is a very basic setup but it works for us. We do not have a fancy logo on the door just a simple sign so people know they have the right place. We just take it one day at a time.
