Floreat Enterprises

If you find yourself near Manorama Junction, you will probably see the Karottukoikkal Building where Floreat Enterprises is located. We are right there on Karithala Road. It is a busy spot with lots of cars and people moving past all day long. Inside the building, things are a bit quieter compared to the noise from the junction outside. We have been based here for some time and the walls are covered with the usual calendars and notes that accumulate over the years. Some days the humidity makes everything feel a bit slow but we keep at it regardless. We mostly handle our daily tasks at our desks and in the back rooms where the files are kept. It is not the most modern setup you will ever see but it functions just fine for our needs. The stairs in the building are a bit steep so we usually take our time coming up in the morning with our bags. We know the neighbors in the other offices and sometimes we chat for a minute near the entrance. Being at Manorama Junction means there is always something happening outside the window. We just keep our heads down and work through whatever pile of paperwork or orders is sitting in front of us. It is a steady way to spend the week. We like the location because it is central enough to get anywhere quickly once the day is over.
