We have been here on A.M. Road for quite some time now. Dealing with mattresses is what we do day in and day out at Fibre Queen Mattresses Pvt. Ltd. Perumbavoor is a busy place, and we fit right in with the local crowd. People usually come in looking for something comfortable to sleep on after a long day of work. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It is mostly just stacks of materials and the smell of fresh fabric. My father started things small, and we just kept going with it. Most of our neighbors know where we are because of the big sign out front. We keep things simple. If someone needs a new bed, they stop by, we talk for a bit, and they pick what looks right. It's not complicated. Sometimes the delivery truck gets stuck in traffic on the main road, but that is just how things are around here. We try to keep the floors clean, but with all the fibre moving around, it's a bit of a losing battle. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the mattresses are stitched properly. It's a living. We see the same faces every few years when they need an upgrade or something for their kids' rooms. It is nice being a part of the local scene here in Perumbavoor. Nothing more to it than that. Just a regular business doing regular work.
