Down in Ramamangalam, you’ll find Farmturf Private Limited. We operate out of Medalil House, which is right by the Ooramana P.O. It’s a small place, but it’s home for our business. We mostly deal with things related to the land and the turf. People think it’s just about grass, but there is a lot more to it when you’re out in the dirt every day. The Ernakulam weather can be tough, either too much sun or too much rain, which affects how everything grows. We started this because we liked being outdoors and working with our hands. It’s better than sitting in a cubicle all day. Our address is III/ 53A, and most people around here know the house. We don’t spend much on advertising or anything like that. Word of mouth usually does the trick for us. Sometimes the equipment breaks down and we have to spend the afternoon fixing a mower or a spade. That’s just part of the job.
