Eastern Aqua Mineral

If you go to Mather Square in Ernakulam, you’ll find Eastern Aqua Mineral up on the 4th floor of the C-2 block. We are right across from the North Railway Station, so it’s always loud with the sound of trains and passengers. We’ve been here for a good while, focusing on water and mineral products. The stairs are a bit steep, but the lift usually works well enough for bringing up supplies. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a place where we take orders and manage the distribution of water across the city. Most of our staff are local guys who have been with us since the start. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the delivery schedules. It’s a busy job because people always need water, especially when it gets really hot in the summer. We don't put much effort into being fancy or having a polished image. We just want to make sure the bottles are clean and they get delivered on time. The office can get a bit stuffy in the afternoons, so we keep the windows open to catch whatever breeze comes from the station side. It’s just a normal day-to-day business helping out the people in Ernakulam who need a reliable source of water. Sometimes we have to deal with traffic jams that slow down the trucks.
